2 seasons in, I haven't found any flaws in the Windstopper Thermo. For someone who runs cold, these work 20 – 45°F, with a thin liner added at the lower range. For reference, I prefer a thin shell glove, like the Pearl Izumi Cyclone Gel, at 45 – 55°. But those actually fit less well, offer no better dexterity, and def haven't shown the durability of these Gore gloves. I appreciate Gore's lack of weird gel blobs that, imo, just create pressure points.

Not winter gloves at all more spring or fall. I’m not sure how they are thermo. No real insulation.

The Windstopper material works great. However, the fact that the inside fleece liner seems to only be attached at the cuff means the liner moves quite a bit within the shell. As such, for anything from a very calm road ride you will find yourself constantly fighting the slipping of the liner within the glove. Because of this I have found the glove close to unusable on gravel rides for instance. In terms of smaller complaints, I feel like some padding for the heel of the palm and having the cuff of the glove be a bit longer would be good.
